Rates will be determined by skills, training and experience. European and/or Import experience is preferred but all experienced technicians are encouraged to apply regardless of manufacturer experience.

Essential Duties Include:

• Perform maintenance and repair work according to the Manufacturer and Dealer standards.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including, Engine, Transmission, Electrical, Suspension, etc.
• Perform and complete Multi-Point inspections properly and accurately.
• Complete estimates and ASR opportunities thoroughly.
• Document Repair Orders with mileage, 3 C's and properly flag time sheets.
• Perform a thorough road test and document the execution of the repair.

We're Looking For Someone With:

• A team-oriented focus with a high desire to achieve and maintain excellent customer service.
• A valid Pennsylvania Driver's license.
• A valid Pennsylvania State Inspectors license.
• A clean record and can pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Colonial Subaru is seeking Sales Assistants/Sales Trainees to join our team. Successful Assistants should transition to Sales Specialists within the first few months of employment. Sales Specialists at Colonial Subaru earn top dollar in the industry. Sales Assistants will be paid hourly while training but will transition to a salary plus commission and bonus pay plan with the potential for six figure incomes ($40,000 - $80,000 plus).

Essential Duties Include:

• Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit.
• Answers basic customer inquiries. Refers more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person or Sales Managers.
• Obtains and logs basic customer information, using the dealership's Client Relationship Manager computer system (CRM).
• Locates vehicles on the lot for potential consideration by customer.
• Contacts banks to verify and receive payoffs for trade vehicles.
• Contacts insurance carriers to verify coverage.
• Researches product information and obtains manufacturer certifications.
• Assists with paperwork and delivery process.
• Follows-up on vehicle "get ready" for delivery.
• Maintains a high level of product knowledge and attend training as necessary.
• Cheerfully performs all or ensures performance of any and all activities necessary to improve and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Shows concern for customers' needs throughout the sales process.
• Shows a professional approach towards customers, co-workers and supervisors.
• Distributes brochures and other information to customers as needed.

Prior sales or customer service experience preferred. Must have a positive attitude, professional manner and excellent communications skills.
